Since 1925 we have perfected the art of homemade fire smoked Ukrainian Garlic Sausage and Pepperoni. We use 100% pork, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper - 4 ingredients is all you need. Our unique pepperoni flavouring comes from a special blend of natural peppers and spices. Both the garlic sausage and pepperoni are cooked in a wood fire smokehouse oven, the same way it was back in 1925.

We also carry authentic Ukrainian foods such as perogies, cabbage rolls, borscht soup, beet horseradish relish, homemade garlic pickles, paprika bacon, homemade garlic headcheese, and sauerkraut, as well as other tasty foods. Check out our menu page for more great items

Marchyshyn's Home Meat Market was started back in 1925 by William Marchyshyn at a small store located at 10342-101 Street in Edmonton. The business was later passed on to Nestor and Mary Marchyshyn. Nestor passed in 1981 and Mary took over with her son Bill Marchyshyn, and later her grandsons Marc, James and Adam Shymko.

Our unique flavours and foods have stood the test of time. To this day, virtually the same recipe is used in every batch of garlic kobasa, and run by the same family. (Now into the 4th generation).

One hundred thousand pounds of kobasa and pepperoni are produced every year out of our smokehouse oven. Using no additives, no fillers and no preservatives in our quality products gives a truly unique taste that keeps our customers coming back for more.
